What is collected

The contact form asks for a name, organization, business email address, phone number, project location, a topic and a message. Only the name, email address, topic, location and message are required. This information is used solely to respond to the enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to prepare a proposal.

The website does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or social-media pixels. A single cookie remembers your language choice. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time and browser type) for security and operational purposes, as any web host does.

How it is stored and for how long

Messages are delivered by email to CNSS and kept in the company's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties, other than the email and hosting providers that technically deliver and store them.

Your rights

Under the data protection law applicable in the Caribbean Netherlands, you may ask what personal data CNSS holds about you, request correction or deletion, and object to its use. Send such requests to pmeijer@cnsecuritysolutions.com.
